Customer Solutions Representative


Job Description:

Our client, located in Durham, NC, is looking to add multiple Customer Solution Representatives to their growing team.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop a deep understanding of our client's product as well as the needs and challenges of their users

  • Work directly with customers and team members by responding to a high volume of customer inquiries to resolve technical problems

  • Tackle implementation challenges

  • Additional responsibilities related to operating in a fast paced customer service focused environment


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Positive attitude and naturally enthusiastic

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to pick up new technology quickly


Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of customer service or client facing experience

  • Experience with industry tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, Chartio, Guru, Confluence, etc. is preferred

  • Desire to work in a diverse, highly collaborative team environment

  • Experience working with or in K-12 schools or districts is a plus
