Customer Service Support Representative


Job Description:

Our partner, a national provider of diagnostic testing located in Burlington, North Carolina, has an immediate need for a customer service support representative. This position will serve as a liaison between branches/regional laboratories and customers in response to inquires and problems during the 1st shift, Monday- Friday, 9:30am- 6pm


Responsibilities:


  • Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems

  • Perform a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing results, billing, data entry and phlebotomy related questions)

  • Answer telephones, maintain logs/records


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent


Desired Background/Skills:


  • 1-3 years of relevant inbound call center experience

  • Resume and professional references required


Qualifications:


  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Proficient with numbers

  • Able to utilize computerized databases, quickly and accurately research information and effectively manage time
