Customer Service Representative


Job Description:

Our client, a full service communication graphics business, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. Customer Service Representative candidates do not have to have prior print and graphics experience, but need great customer service skills. Pay is $12 - $13/hr with bonus structure plus great benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and answer phones to determine customers needs.

  • Know all duplicating and color copy machine functions and capabilities

  • Maintain front counter, customer area, bindery and equipment to All Ways Graphics standards of cleanliness

  • Produce accurate and complete manual, design and PrintSmith work orders

  • Notify the Production Scheduler of unusual job requirements such as special order paper & inks and ultra fast turnaround

  • Perform Contract Review

  • Fill out Quality Assurance Cards completely for all PrintSmith orders

  • Use Counter Preparedness Checklist and restock "Paper To Go" rack and supplies daily or more frequently as required

  • After qualified, clear Red Zone, perform final quality inspection, verify pricing, initial Quality Assurance Card, shelve product, file invoice in A-Z, and if necessary schedule product for delivery

  • File work orders, originals and printed samples in customer teleprint files daily

  • Handle customer complaints; forward to manager and log redos when appropriate

  • Educate the customer and recommend additional products and services to sell a product of greater value without selling the customer services they do not need.

  • Accurately price work orders for all products & services

  • Abides by cash handling, and check and credit card processing procedures.


Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • At least two years in retail or restaurant, inside sales, customer service

    • Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues

    • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects

    • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Basic math skills

    • Strong organizational and time management skills
