Job Description:

Our client, an internationally recognized designer, manufacturer and marketer of resistive foil technology, sensors, and sensor-based systems is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This individual is service driven, a team player, who can listen and respond to our customers' needs about our products and services. This role will serve as the front-line, point of contact to our customers and internal stakeholders and handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service related functions.


Responsibilities:


  • Interact with our customers about our products and services by providing information, responding to inquiries, and providing updates all in a timely manner.

  • Facilitate requests for customer quotes, submits orders in the system, and ensures data accuracy.

  • Address escalations as needed, resolve issues, concerns, and complaints quickly and effectively.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of customer inquiries daily.

  • Assists with return requests and facilitates the return process.

  • Works with the customer on delivery schedules and provides status updates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay information on products or services.


Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • 2-4 years of customer service related experience

    • Intermediate Computer Skills

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (2016)

    • Experience with ERP systems
