Customer Service Representative


Job Description:

The Customer Service Support Representative serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquires and problems. This is an open ended contract position.


Responsibilities:


  • Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems.

  • Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties

  • Performs outbound calls to provide updates and follow ups to customers

  • Maintain accurate notes in internal databases


Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Call center experience


Qualifications:


  • 1+ year of direct customer service experience (ideally outbound calling)

  • Experience with high phone volume

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Previous experience working third shift is preferred
