Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English Bilingual)


Job Description:

Our partner, a national provider of diagnostic testing located in Bethesda Maryland, has an immediate need for a Customer Service Support Representative. The Customer Service Representative position will receive a high volume of incoming calls regarding the health of patients. Candidates must be comfortable discussing health/bodily function questions. An ideal candidate would be bilingual in English/Spanish. The schedule is full-time Mon-Fri 11am - 8pm. The starting pay rate is $15/hr.


Responsibilities:


  • Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems

  • Perform a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing results, billing, data entry and phlebotomy related questions)

  • Answer telephones

  • Maintain logs/records


Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent


Desired Background/Skills:


  • 1-3 years of relevant inbound call center experience preferred


Qualifications:


  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Proficient with numbers

  • Able to utilize computerized databases, quickly and accurately research information and effectively manage time
