Customer Service Representative (Call Center)


Job Description:

Our partner, a national provider of diagnostic testing located in McLeansville, North Carolina, has an immediate need for a customer service support representative. The Customer Service Representative position will support customers by answering general questions and processing payments. We are hiring for 1st and 2nd shift with potential of overtime. There are also part-time schedules available


Responsibilities:


  • Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems

  • Perform a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing results, billing, data entry and phlebotomy related questions)

  • Answer telephones

  • Maintain logs/records


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent


Desired Background/Skills:


  • 1-3 years of relevant inbound call center experience preferred


Qualifications:


  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Proficient with numbers

  • Able to utilize computerized databases, quickly and accurately research information and effectively manage time
