Job Description:

Our client, based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a motivated Corporate Account Manager to add to their team! This individual will be in charge of maintaining, building, and expanding relationships with existing and potential corporate accounts, acting as key point of contact. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity that offers competitive benefits and PTO.


Responsibilities:


  • Support existing customers with information and pricing

  • Develop new customers

  • Schedule and conduct account reviews to strengthen satisfaction and build repeat customers

  • Interact with account holders, negotiating terms, ensuring satisfaction, and closing sales

  • Process sales quote requests

  • Create trusting customer relationships to facilitate new opportunities

  • Work closely with all parts of the organization as an active team member


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    • Sales experience for or to distribution

    • A solid knowledge of Microsoft Office

    • Detail orientated and able to handle multiple tasks

    • Self-motivated and able to work as a member of a team

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Excellent planning and time management skills

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
