Contract Recruiter


Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Recruiters to support our clients hiring goals. These positions are contract opportunities expected to last between two to six months. We are seeking Recruiters that have a background in recruiting candidates for Software Sales and Software Development positions with a track record of success. These recruiters should be comfortable owning between 20-30 requisitions. The Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing relationship and maintaining communication with hiring managers.

  • Owning full life cycle of recruitment process from initial position creation with hiring manager to completing offer negotiations.

  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates through multiple channels.

  • Coordinating necessary job marketing strategies to include postings and advertisements.

  • Document recruiting efforts within ATS.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • At least three years of recruiting experience, preferably in the software industry.

    • Work independently with limited supervision.

    • Proven history of meeting and exceeding talent metrics including reducing time to fill positions.
