Job Description:

Greene Resources is seeking a Contract Recruiter to assist in full life cycle recruiting initiatives focusing on filling engineering roles for one of our growing clients. To be successful in this role this individual must be willing to contribute with all recruiting processes including candidate sourcing, phone screening, candidate interviews, coordinating client interviews, participating in client update calls, as well as assisting other recruiting divisions when applicable. This is a full time, contract position in our Raleigh, NC office.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform full cycle recruiting duties to include identifying candidates through various screening methods, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews.

  • Extend verbal and written offers on behalf of client.

  • Execute company policies, standard operating procedures, and recruiting plans to meet critical client deadlines and recruiting needs.

  • Provide candidate feedback and coaching throughout the interview process.

  • Manage client expectations and needs.

  • Adjust to shifting priorities while working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Participate in meetings with client managers by phone and in person.

  • Desire to research and learn current and new sourcing and recruiting practices and trends.

  • Utilize strong computer skills.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Qualifications:


    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting.

    • Dedication to meeting goals and ability to work over-time hours to contribute to recruiting efforts.

    • Excellent relationship-building skills with proven ability to communicate with individuals within entry to executive level positions.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

    • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and ability to work within an ATS.

    • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.

    • Ability to establish priorities and multitask.

    • Strong organizational skills.

    • Ability to work independently, as well as contributing as an effective team member.
