Contract Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

Due to experiencing rapid growth, we are seeking a self-motivated, passionate, creative and collaborative individual to join the Greene Resources team as an Implementation Specialist. This is a contract role that is expected to last 6 months, depending on business need. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for working across all departments of the company to identify, build, and deliver process improvement initiatives. This role will also handle client-facing program enhancement implementations as assigned and directed by the Director of Implementation. Qualified candidates will be comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership, be comfortable learning and implementing new technologies, and be extremely deadline driven. Position will operate on a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am until 5 pm. All candidates must be flexible to work over-time hours.


  • Identify process gaps in the organization and work with leadership develop a plan to address those gaps

  • Identify areas for process standardization across the organization and work with leadership to implement standardized policies and processes

  • Create and lead trainings to roll out new initiatives company-wide

  • Execute on project plan deliverables as assigned by the Director of Implementation,

  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to stay motivated to enact positive change for our organization and clients

  • Create and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedure documents for all new processes implemented

  • Consistently meet assigned deadlines and communicate about obstacles preventing deadline adherence

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Customer service experience in a fast paced environment

    • Ability to work independently, as well as contributing as an effective team member

    • Strong computer skills; ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications and learn new technologies quickly as needed

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle competing deadlines and succeed in achieving results on multiple assigned projects at a time
