Job Description:

Greene Resources is looking for a Contract HR Coordinator to join our team! The HR Coordinator supports the On-Site Managers at one of our largest on-site accounts in all operational activities. Duties include, but are not limited to, completing client reports on a routine basis, on-boarding of intern contract placements, answering intern and manager questions, assisting with administrative support to the on-site team, and special projects as assigned. As part of this process, the HR Coordinator will develop and maintain good working relationships with our client and all company employees. Part of maintaining these relationships will involve having excellent communication skills and being able to work as a team player. The HR Coordinator will ensure accuracy and efficiency in regards to employee relations and supporting the HR department. This is a full time, contract positions based in Research Triangle Park, NC.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage online compliance and on-boarding process for all new hires

  • Manage I-9 and E-verify process for new hires

  • Manage internship and ad-hoc reporting

  • Act as liaison between payrolling vendor and candidate in states that are applicable

  • Assist On-Site Performance Manager with contacting vendors for compliance documents

  • Entering new hire placements into Erecruit and Connect

  • Meet with new employees at weekly New Hire Orientation

  • Create, organize and update SOP?s for on-site team

  • Manage the Internship Program Process

  • Support with HRIS updates for both Erecruit and Connect (Terminations, Rate Changes, Manager Changes, Timesheet approves, etc.)


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelors preferred

    • Intermediate working knowledge of excel is required

    • Excellent organizational skills

    • Excellent time management skills

    • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written correspondence

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    • Troubleshooting skills

    • Knowledge of F-1/J-1 Visas, CPT/OPT and Academic Training (preferred)
