Job Description:

Our client, located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a skilled Construction Crew Leader to add to their team! The position of Construction Crew Leader has been designed to lead our client's newly created DIRTT installation crew and all aspects of the delivery and installation of the manufactured (pre-fab) interior construction projects for the clients in Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Government. You will work closely with our construction projects managers, account managers, and designers, to develop and maintain in-house installation capabilities, manages our installation/construction crews on job sites to deliver superior solutions and services for our construction clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop in-house capacity for the client's Construction Services to perform certified DIRTT installations

  • Establish and maintain DIRTT's certification for Installation crews

  • Maintain crew discipline and enforce highest standards of performance for all Installation Crew Team Members

  • Understands the full breadth of Construction Services' product offerings as well as building codes, OSHA regulations, and ADA requirements

  • Work closely with project managers to schedule deliveries and installations as well as service visits and warranty work

  • Manage work crews for installation, including all aspects of job preparation, project-related training and preparation (e.g. safety and security)

  • Work closely with General Contractors and other sub-trades on projects to coordinate scope expectations and integration, either as a subcontractor to a General Contractor or direct-sell to end-user

  • Coordinate with other trades on site (e.g. electricians, AV-vendors, etc.) to ensure seamless project delivery

  • Attend project and construction meetings

  • Establish and maintain relationships to vendors in manufactured (pre-fab) interior construction solutions (e.g. field techs, supervisor, technical experts)

  • Work with vendors' manufacturing representatives and project managers to coordinate shipping and deliveries

      Qualifications:


      • Must have 4 or more years of experience in construction related team management (e.g. field supervisor, superintendent, foreman)

      • Highly organized individual with the ability to work on multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously

      • Strong work ethic and client focus
