Job Description:

Our client, located in Raleigh, NC is seeking a motivated Client Success Specialist to add to their team! The Client Success Specialist manages client accounts, conducts online product demos, and provides world-class support to help the clients achieve their business goals through cloud services and product offerings. This role is 100% customer focused role and a direct hire opportunity!


  • Successfully manage and coordinate client needs to ensure overall client satisfaction

  • Work with subject matter experts, in-house and remotely to offer best in class services

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate as needed to the technical support team

  • Review client reports and make needed improvements

  • Initiate daily, weekly, and monthly client calls

  • Work closely with internal team members to develop internal processes

  • Work closely with the team to shape the future of the business

  • Work with vendor partners

  • Coordinates demos for prospects and customers

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related area

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Two (2) years of client-facing experience with demonstrated dedication to clients and problem solving

    • Pass G Suite Certified Sales Specialist exam within 30 days of hire date

    • Working knowledge of cloud services technology

    • Working knowledge of business services and products

    • Experience doing product demos and webinars

    • Experience working in a collaborative team environment

    • Unquestioned integrity and commitment level

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive at learning a lot quickly

    • Flexible and interested in a small company with lots of growth opportunity
