Client Services Associate


Job Description:

Our client, located in Chapel Hill, NC, is seeking a Client Services Associate to add their team! The Client Services Associate (CSA) provides direct client implementation support to the Client Services Manager (CSM) role. The daily activities will vary based on the current state of the consortium member portfolio and the number of clients in the implementation phase. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity that offers competitive benefits and PTO.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform in-depth research tasks in support of member desired data requests or follow-on services.

  • Perform detailed analysis to determine member operational peers.

  • Prepare and update Member Fact Sheets.

  • Support the Customer Services Manager in summarizing and analyzing university data for important insights to include in the final readout report.

  • Lead the effort on entering university characteristics and the client's entered analysis factors for new universities.

  • Support the CSM in developing a methodology for determining and entering contracts, foundation, and system costs into the platform.

  • Prepare for division/department organization mapping (org mapping) by creating preliminary university organization map based on information on university websites.

  • Assist in Organizational Classification, Title Grouping, Sub-Grouping and complex mapping use cases as needed to ensure project implementation timelines are met.

  • Assist in the QA / QC process for other member universities to ensure cross consortium consistency.

  • Provide oversight and coaching to the RA team so that they efficiently and consistently map university data using best practices.

  • Participate in the capacity planning meeting with appropriate updates and ensure CSMs are aware of any issues/opportunities.

  • Appropriately train and guide new/existing RAs to ensure efficient and effective work output.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of implementation documentation, such as FAQs and checklists.

  • Provide back-up to ensure overall client member implementation continuity with the expectation that the CSA can effectively keep the project moving if the CSM is out for an extended period.

  • Attend important client meetings and take detailed notes as needed for PipeDrive to ensure important qualitative aspects of the implementation are properly documented.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
