We are seeking a Client Operations Specialist to join our Managed Services Programs division. This new team member will continue to maintain a positive, lasting relationship with our client in order to ensure Greene is providing excellent service as a valuable recruiting partner. Greene serves as an integral part of our client's business. Our Client Operations Specialist will continue this partnership by working directly with Hiring and Human Resource Managers to discuss talent acquisition needs, manage open requisitions, and obtain candidate and employee feedback. This position will also work directly with our staffing partners across the nation to build strong relationships, ensuring vendors provide high quality candidates that meet the job requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure high standards are met throughout the recruiting process from open requisition to position fulfillment.

  • Conduct in-take calls with hiring managers to understand the business needs as well as needs for acquiring the best talent possible for the open requisition.

  • Provide staffing partners critical information needed to ensure their success with providing top quality candidates.

  • Review all candidates submitted for consideration prior to moving them forward to the hiring manager.

  • Obtain candidate feedback and next steps from hiring manger in order to communicate with our staffing vendors.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Managers to obtain performance feedback and facilitate coaching when needed.

  • Constantly providing opportunities for creating efficiencies within the program.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree Required


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • At least 1-2 years experience in recruiting and/or vendor on premise experience.

    • Leadership experience a plus.

    • MS Office proficient (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

    • Experience in handling personnel issues.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Strong desire to drive process improvement and quality assurance.

    • Strong customer service skills.
