Client Development Manager

Job Description:

Due to continued growth, Greene Resources is looking to add a Client Development Manager to our team. The Client Development Manager is responsible for developing new business and revenue growth with a specific focus on growing the contract workforce for Scientific/Laboratory, Advanced Manufacturing and Call Center positions. The Client Development Manager will develop relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance around talent management strategies. The Client Development Manager will be an active participant of the business community by regularly attending events. The Client Development Manager will have complete ownership over the sales cycle which includes lead development, business development, and proposal creation. This role will partner with the recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction.


  • Develop and maintain prospect lists

  • Generate face to face sales appointments through telemarketing and email marketing, referrals, community involvement, networking, email and cold calls.

  • Actively participate in business appropriate networking functions and volunteer for leadership opportunities in these groups.

  • Create and present proposals to companies in need of employment solutions.

  • Manage the contract process working closely with the contracts team.

  • Partner with the recruiting team to provide ongoing support on active job searches.

  • Manage sales funnel in CRM software by maintaining accurate database and sales history.

  • Develop accounts to ensure repeat business and recurring sales.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience

Desired Background/Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Scientific/Laboratory, Advanced Manufacturing and Call Center recruiting or sales position.


  • Demonstrated sales experience in Recruiting industry; preferably in selling Scientific/Laboratory, Advanced Manufacturing and Call Center positions recruiting services.

  • Consultative selling style to solve high-level business problems.

  • Internal drive to develop new business.

  • Skilled at establishing strong relationships with customers (employee and client).

  • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.

  • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written correspondence, including business interactions and email communication.

  • Demonstrated public speaking experience is a plus.
