Job Description:

A Call Center Interviewer will conduct a wide variety of telephone interviews to obtain critical research data from survey participants. Work hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. in a production center located in North Raleigh.


  • Interview survey participants by telephone

  • Communicate to participants the importance of the survey and why their feedback is valuable

  • Follow a scripted questionnaire verbatim to collect research data

  • Enter responses accurately into a computer system while speaking with participants

  • Attempt to convert participants who have previously opted not to complete a particular survey

  • Maintain quality standards for data collection

  • Attend all mandatory training sessions related to surveys

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Strong vocabulary and effective communication skills

    • Comfortable discussing sensitive material

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Willingness to take direction

    • Reliability and strong work ethic

    • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with supervisors and co-workers

    • Proven work history in Customer Service, Admin Clerical, Administrative Assistant or Call Center environment (preferred)

    • Type at least 25 words per minute, with 95% accuracy
