Business Development Representative


Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team! The Enterprise Business Development Representative's main focus is identifying, developing, and creating new business opportunities for Account Executives across North America. This is a highly visible, collaborative position with quota-carrying responsibility for generating net-new sales pipeline each quarter. This is a full time, direct hire position based in Raleigh, NC.


Responsibilities:


  • Research accounts, identify key players, qualify new opportunities and transition to outside sales

  • Maintain and expand a pipeline of prospects

  • Partner with the marketing team to maximize inbound lead results

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

  • Create a strong partnership with team members and all efforts associated with net new lead generation

  • Build and maintain target lists

  • Track activities using CRM tools

  • Other duties as assigned or developed


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Software sales is a plus


Qualifications:


  • 1-2 Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • Ability to take initiative

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed ? a true outperformer
