Our client, a dynamic family owned company in Holly Springs, NC, is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to add to their team! This individual will assist with payment processing, record keeping, and other administrative duties as assigned. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity that offers competitive benefits and PTO.


  • Data entry and coding, ensuring that the accounting system, spreadsheets and databases are populated with the correct data, coded to the right accounts

  • Conduct payment processing

  • Perform administrative duties

  • Records retention

  • Provide support to the accounting team

  • Back up to staff

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Attention to detail and procedure

    • Understanding of accounting practices and principles

    • Experience with QuickBooks

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
