Job Description:

Our client, located in Cary, NC, is seeking a Benefits Analyst to add to their team! This individual will administer and communicate the company's benefits programs with respect to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements, and interfaces with various benefit providers and vendors.


Responsibilities:


  • Acts as a resource for the benefits function and applies company policies and procedures to resolve issues.

  • Assists with re-design and system conversion process of benefits plans and programs.

  • Communicates regularly with plan providers and maintains positive working relationships.

  • Reviews current procedures, structures, and programs and implements changes.

  • Provides input to the design and content of benefit communications including annual Open Enrollment communication materials.

  • Delivers communications, both verbal and written, to employees, management, and department staff regarding benefits programs.

  • Conducts new hire orientation.

  • Generates system, financial and billing reconciliation reports for department staff and for management.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
