Associate Digital Marketing Specialist


Job Description:

Greene Resources has an exciting opportunity with our client in Cary, NC, as an Associate Digital Marketing Specialist! This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing digital strategy. This role will include managing and executing a wide variety of digital projects (web, search, email, campaigns,advertising, etc.), delivering strategic guidance to internal stakeholders, and collaborating with many departments across the company to help them leverage the digital channel to meet company goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensures that the digital channel meets the needs of the intended audience and is presented most effectively, adhering to integrity of content and our client's standards, best practices and industry regulations.

  • Enhances the digital channels by understanding the business objectives and delivering digital guidance and expertise based on an understanding of user behavior, in alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.

  • Participates on cross-functional teams with the goal of ensuring consistency, accuracy, quality, and globalization of sales and marketing initiatives across major geographies.

  • Collaborates with other marketing staff, including global counterparts, to integrate and complement marketing strategies and share best practices across multiple channels.

  • Conducts market research analysis to identify trends, topics, market opportunities or competitor performance in digital channels.

  • Develops supporting documentation for web projects and initiatives.

  • Analyzes website data and usability trends to validate current strategy and effectively makes recommendations for improvements.

  • Optimizes web site conversion rates against KPIs (key performance indicators).

  • Identifies changes and trends in digital marketing and recommends appropriate strategies that will ultimately maximize company profit.

  • Stays abreast of related industry trends and technologies by doing online research, evaluating other 3rd party websites, and attending professional conferences.

  • Communicates department capabilities and processes to stakeholders as requested.

  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Specializations in Search, Digital Analytics, Site Management, Web User Experience Design or Information Architecture.


Qualifications:


  • 4 - 6 years experience in the field or related fields.

  • Experience working with and presenting to Executives and Stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written abilities.

  • Working knowledge of web tools and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Able to work with and guide a team of individuals.Able to express innovative and creative ideas.
