Administrative Support Representative

Job Description:

Our client based in Louisburg is seeking a Administrative Support Representative to add to their team! The Administrative Support Representative will be responsible for the timely management and order processing and is actively involved in internal communication between production, shipping, procurement, inventory management, and quality control.


  • Interact with and support customers

  • Enter customer orders

  • Investigate and process credit requests and return authorizations

  • Maintain customer data base.

  • Proactively communicates with both internal and external customers regarding order verification, order status, and shipment information.

  • Work directly with interfacing departments to ensure order fulfillment.

  • Effectively implement processes designed to deliver world class customer service.

  • Review w/ credit department customer terms and conditions

  • Shared responsibility for taking and transferring company calls.

  • Follow ? Up on customer complaints and concerns

  • Provide feedback on customer complaint / problems to engineering resource to ensure product improvement

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate and helpful telephone support. .

  • All other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a customer-facing role is required.

  • Must live within a 50 mile radius of the work location. No relocation benefit is provided.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Previous experience with ERP system would be an advantage
