Job Description:

Our client, a technology and communications company within the financial space, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their global verifications team. This person will be proofing documents, ordering materials, and performing data entry tasks. The Verification team?s purpose is to ensure all information is accurate prior to be released for distribution to clients. These actions are all performed within our established procedural and regulatory guidelines.


  • Learn, recognize, and apply global regulatory requirements to daily work and responsibilities

  • Review materials accurately

  • Complete all tasks and duties within the company's set guidelines and regulatory policies

  • Identify and escalate potential issues

  • Interact with peers, both internal and external, and function as part of a team

  • Ability to work and adjust output according to seasonal fluctuations of workload

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Able to work on multiple projects under constraint of deadlines

  • Strong research skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Strong proofreading skills


  • 1 year of experience in a professional environment

  • Microsoft Office Suite
