Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This person supports client services by performing a range of administrative duties. This is a full time, contract to hire position based in Durham, NC.


Responsibilities:


  • Performs general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, printing, binding, photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and organizing information in CRM

  • Assists with documenting information gathered to onboard new clients

  • Downloads certificates of coverage, contracts, SBCs & billing statements

  • May support Client Managers by comparing SBCs to exhibits for accuracy

  • Supports Client Managers with formatting of new documents, carrier group application renewal forms, carrier contract/plan document collection

  • Runs Purchased Product Confirmations

  • Updates proof point tracking sheet for ID cards

  • Reviews enrollment forms to ensure accuracy

  • Loads standard documents to client websites with Client Manager direction

  • Orders & tracks completion of Benefits Digest with third party vendor

  • Coordinates Brainshark & GoToMeeting set up

  • Creates new & customizes employee survey in online survey tool


Education Requirements:


  • BS/BA preferred or commensurate experience.

    Qualifications:


    • 0-2 years experience in a professional services organization.

    • Strong customer service skills with a warm, friendly and helpful attitude.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with CRM system desired.

    • Strong organizational skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Highly self motivated and achievement oriented with the ability to work in teams.
