Job Description:

Our client, and insurance agency in Raleigh, is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to work within a team environment. This individual will work the internal team on a variety of tasks such as invoice, preparing proposals, and performing other administrative duties. This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist Account Managers in proofing and preparing proposals

  • Create and track invoicing

  • Issuing of certificates

  • Taking payments and tracking them

  • Serve as back up for the Front Desk Receptionist

  • Perform a variety of other administrative tasks


Education Requirements:


  • Associate's degree or equivalent

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • High attention to detail

    • Meet deadlines and prioritize workloads

    • Motivated team player

    • Aptitude to master new software

    • Proficient in Microsoft Windows systems: Word, Excel, Internet usage
