Administrative Assistant


Job Description:

Our team at Greene Resources is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Leadership and Customer Experience team. The Administrative Assistant will directly support our Chief Operations Officer (COO) with day-to-day functions, and manage operational duties surrounding project implementation and business reporting. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with potential for extension. This role will be remote for the foreseeable future with a possible need to be on-site at our Raleigh office if extended.


Responsibilities:


  • Executive support for our COO, including calendar and correspondence management.

  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.

  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations.

  • Developing and analyzing reports in Excel and ATS system.

  • Support multiple projects alongside cross-functional teams.

  • Other responsibilities include supporting event planning and special projects as assigned.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree preferred
