Administrative Assistant


Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide a friendly face to our office visitors, Answer phones, sign for packages, and sort and deliver mail. This person will be available and present in the office; be an active advocate and resource to anyone needing assistance, as well as be approachable and have a friendly and helpful attitude and aim to listen and assist the needs of office visitors.


Responsibilities:


  • Learn, recognize and apply regulatory requirements to daily work and responsibilities

  • Verify regulatory filings and review details to ensure quality of information

  • Complete all tasks and duties within the company's set guidelines and regulatory policies

  • Locate and download electronic versions of pertinent materials

  • Identify and escalate potential issues

  • Interact with peers, both internal and external, and function as part of a team

  • Ability to work and adjust output according to fluctuations of workload

  • General clerical duties include scheduling appointments, filing, ordering supplies and receptionist duties

  • Manage professional inventory

  • Other duties as assigned


Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
