Accounts Receivable Specialist


Job Description:

Our client is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team! This is an onsite role that will require candidates to live in the Raleigh area.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform billing audit weekly (timely and accurately).

  • Generate invoices and account statements to clients weekly.

  • Research and resolve client A/R issues (timely and accuratdely).

  • Initiates and resolves collections on customer past-due account balances.

  • Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.

  • Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and risk.

  • Assist with the daily, monthly and year-end operations of the Finance & Admin Department.

  • Maintain and protect organizational values by keeping information confidential.

  • Availability to work 45 hours which may include evenings, weekends, holidays based on the needs of the business.


Education Requirements:


  • Associate or BS degree in accounting or finance preferred.

  • 3-5 years working in an accounting role

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
