Job Description:

Are you looking for a high energy and strategic Account Management position with a rapidly growing team? Our client, a software company headquartered in Chapel Hill, is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to maintain their world class standard as they grow and expand. This is a full time, direct hire position.


  • Growing and maintaining one of the most important software product lines

  • Building relationships with new customers and grow existing relationships

  • Learning many aspects of the business and gain an understanding of our technology and the value that it provides

  • Answer inbound calls from professionals from other companies

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Analytics, Communications, or related fields

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Enthusiastic self-starter who loves tackling challenges head-on

  • Self-driven and with a strong desire to excel in everything


  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Comfortable talking on the phone with customers and prospective clients

  • Able to make a great first impression and able to work with people of all types (e.g., sales, technical, executive, etc.)

  • Thrive on juggling multiple priorities, managing simultaneous projects, and seeing a job through to completion

  • Strong computer and organization skills and are proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Detail oriented and great at researching and learning
