Job Description:

Our client, an information technology services and support team in Fayetteville, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team! The Account Manager will establish and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate sales, resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. The Account Manager role is a full time opportunity with a growing company in southeastern North Carolina offering competitive pay and benefits!


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain customer facing retention and sales activities in each market necessary to generate the minimum number of customer interaction and new sales opportunities on a monthly basis

  • Maintain an acceptable level of customer facing activity necessary for success

  • Ensure timely creation of inside sales proposals and follow up to close

  • Actively manage key client services, projects, and activities focused on customer retention and satisfaction


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or one to two years of related training

Qualifications:


  • One to two years of related experience
