Job Description:

Our client, located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a motivated Account Executive to add to their team! This individual will provide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs, as well as presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity that offers competitive benefits and commission!


Responsibilities:


  • Provide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs

  • Make cold calls or reach out to prospects

  • Compile and analyze data to find trends

  • Develop sales strategies and set quotas

  • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends

  • Maintain a database of contact information

  • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience

  • Handle complaints and negotiations


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • SAAS selling experience is a plus

    • SDR background is preferred

    • Mid-market sales experience is a plus

    • Transactional down-market selling is definitely interesting as well

    • Extremely motivated

    • Excellent verbal and written communication
