Job Description:

Our client, located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive to add to their team! This individual will have experience selling technology and/or other services over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for developing and managing a client book. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with an exciting company!


Responsibilities:


  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal

  • Prospecting into healthcare organizations via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources

  • Educating potential customers on the benefits of the Feedtrail platform

  • Closing deals (nothing much to it, trust us)

  • Supporting implementation of our platform across complex organizations structures where you will encounter many different types of people

  • Managing existing customers and understanding their needs as far as the product is concerned

  • Solving problems on a daily basis. Remember, we are a startup, so every team member is intimately involved and relied upon heavily


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

    • Minimum 3 years sales experience

    • Someone who is curious, flexible, and confident

    • Problem solvers-everyday challenges vary wildly so every team member will be expected to contribute in a variety of capacities

    • Confident salesperson: Strong ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate, and educate

    • Excellent communication and time-management skills

    • Someone who understands the complexities of selling a software solution

    • A team player who understands what it means to play your role but isn't afraid to hit a home run when called upon
