Part-time Office Manager
Job Description:
Our client is hiring a Part-time Office Manager in Morrisville, NC. This position offers a flexible scheduale being 18-20 hours per week, ideally 8:30-2:30 pm 3 days per week. The successful candidate is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Responsibilities:
Opening mail
Scanning and filing
Handling FedEx's
Depositing checks
Assisting with AP/AR and billing
Coordinating team events
Basic errands for the office
Ordering supplies
Running the dishwasher
Coordinating lunch and learns
Getting office ready for in office days (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Reporting to COO
Education Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Desired Background/Skills:
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
Qualifications:
Two to three years? experience in an office setting manager
Proficient with office software, Microsoft Suite, and Excel
