Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner


Job Description:

Provide full cycle recruiting for our client's G&A and Technology open positions. This process includes consultation with the hiring manager, developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, negotiation of offers, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, procedures, and practices


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with the hiring manager in developing a sourcing tactics as well as a decision-making strategy to ensure that top talent is identified and hired

  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

  • Provide the hiring manager and interviewers with relevant guidance to assist with the selection process.

  • Support recruiting requirements for senior level hires as well as supporting strategic recruiting needs as directed

  • Ensure candidates are well informed regarding the institute, position, and benefits.

  • Work with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Compensation to ensure accurate compensation analysis are completed before each offer

  • Present employment offers to applicants and negotiate as needed

  • Ensure that applicants are screened and dispositioned in a consistent, objective and legally defensible manner

  • Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations

  • Partner with other recruiting staff including Internship Program Specialist to ensure consistent and organized university outreach efforts.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leadership, HR Business Partners, Recruiting staff and cross functional departments

  • Adhere to equal opportunity/affirmative action guidelines and federal and state regulations in recruiting efforts and assures accurate and timely documentation for same

  • Ensure that appropriate, reference-checking, background checking and drug-testing activities are completed successfully, in accordance with company policies and standards

  • Ensure that appropriate visa and relocation support activities are completed successfully, in accordance with company policies and standards.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance for more junior recruiters

  • Take active role and at times a leadership position on projects and other assigned work

  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure performance and compliance standards are met.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience, Master's degree and 6 years of experience, PhD and 1 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Understanding of how to perform a compensation analysis and determine an appropriate salary

  • Must have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

  • Must have strong initiative and attention to detail skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a high sense of urgency environment.


Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to source, identify and qualify top talent for open positions, as well as building a pool of candidates.

  • Demonstrated successful track record in building relationships with internal and external clients.

  • Experience working with major recruiting websites and application tracking systems.

  • Knowledge of and experience working within OFCCP, AA and EEO guidelines.

  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.

  • Staffing and Recruiting (Extensive experience)
