Job Description:
Our client is a nation-wide staffing company that leverages its proprietary staffing platform, Hireflex, and other applicable technology, to provide local retail and merchandising temporary and full-time to major national retail clients in all 50 states. The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to support the hiring and onboarding of quality candidates to fill positions.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to Field Representatives to maximize onboarding experience.
Coordinate efforts between employees and immigration law to keep I-9 verification compliant and e-Verify up to date.
Work with HR Compliance to ensure proper verification and documentation of the I-9.
Resolve bottlenecks in the I-9, orientation, and onboarding process.
Provide timely and fair interviews to all qualified candidates.
Provide accurate documentation of conversations within Hireflex.
Will seek to become a subject matter expert regarding recruitment systems and their suitable best practices.
Execution of full lifecycle recruiting model for Staffing and Direct Hire Positions.
Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities, risks; develop and implement action plans to mitigate risk and drive results.
Evaluate KPIs and metrics regularly to ensure they are being met on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. 11.
Execute goals and deadlines for the team based on the needs of the company.
Actively listen to the feedback of partners and peers and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Available to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Education Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred and / or equivalent job experience.
Desired Background/Skills:
Excellent Communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must detailed and organized.
Ability to manage change and conflict.
Strong time management skills.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience is required.
Recruiting experience is preferred.
Other Information:
Training is 5 days in office and once trained, Fridays are remote.
