Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description:
Our client, a prominent non-profit in the Research Triangle, has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This a 3 month onsite contract. The schedule is M-F 7:45am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Greeting Employees and visitors.
Assisting employees with temporary access cards as needed.
Handling lost and found items.
Checking in visitors.
Giving directions.
Communicating with the Security staff to get assistance with jumpstarts, vehicle lockouts, door unlocks, emergency response.
Aassisting with other customer service requests.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required
Desired Background/Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Problem solving skills
Qualifications:
Previous office administration experience
Previous customer service experience
Experience with non-profits is a plus, but not required
Proficient use of computers and phone systems
