Call Center Representative (RTI)
Job Description:
The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and provide product or service information, escalating calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information.
Accurately log customer interactions and maintain records in the companys database.
Complete coding of dietary interviews, ensuring high-quality data standards.
Attend all required training sessions to stay informed on survey protocols and procedures.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by management, including administrative support.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Post-secondary education or certification in customer service, communication, or a related field is a plus.
Desired Background/Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability in handling changes to protocols and job tasks.
Familiarity with medical or nutritional data collection is a plus.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks.
Experience with data entry and using customer management software.
