Job Description:
The Talent Consultants top priority is to oversee the staffing and support nationwide of our companys workforce while building relationships with field teams. The Talent Consultant will work to drive fill rate, placement, development and retention to achieve 100% satisfaction with clients.
Responsibilities:
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Place qualified candidates on job requisitions and ensure they have all necessary information for success on their assignment.
Maximize fill rates by presenting alternative job opportunities and redeployments to candidates.
Build positive relationships throughout the rep journey as the rep advocate.
Counsel and mentor reps to assist in their development along their career path.
Submit travel requests as needed and work with the travel team to coordinate lodging.
Provide timely answers to field employees questions and offer job coaching to manage conflict, performance, attitude, and attendance.
Place the most qualified candidates for job assignments, considering client expectations and assignment duration.
Communicate with key stakeholders to optimize processes and address field employee issues or job changes.
Ensure new field employees are welcomed and placed on jobs quickly in partnership with the recruiting team.
Ensure compliance with staffing policies and procedures.
Solve problems as they arise and multi-task effectively in a challenging environment.
Monitor daily priorities of the Operations Administrator, ensuring follow-up on payroll, attendance, and client/rep reporting.
Collaborate with the Account Manager on client and job needs to deliver results.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors of Arts/Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Desired Background/Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Must be detailed oriented.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience required.
2 years of experience in staffing, scheduling, or recruiting required.
Other Information:
Contract to hire.
5 days onsite until fully trained and then Fridays are remote.
Starting in December, the position will be 32 hours per week, increasing to 40 hours per week in January.
$24 to $25/hour.
Minimal travel required depending on business needs.
