Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, especially supporting our international manufacturing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, results-oriented accounting professional with a passion for growth and development. As the primary accounting lead in the US, you will oversee full-cycle accounting responsibilities and act as the main point of contact for financial reporting in Europe.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute end-to-end accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage accounting projects independently, from initiation to completion, with minimal oversight.
Coordinate closely with technical support for tasks like invoicing, but assume full accountability for project results.
Handle complex financials for a manufacturing environment, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, COGS analysis, and capital expenditure tracking.
Use SAP to manage transactions, produce reports, and conduct data analysis related to cost management, cash flow, and KPIs.
Prepare detailed financial statements and KPI reports for review by senior management and the Lithuanian finance team, supporting informed decision-making across departments.
Oversee high-volume cash flow activities, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and maintaining strong working relationships with vendors.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting practices.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Eager to identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, particularly in financial reporting and cash flow analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Experience coordinating with overseas teams and adapting to different business cultures.
Qualifications:
7+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally in an international manufacturing setting.
Strong proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with payroll software is a plus.

Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
