Associate Business Operations Specialist


Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Contractor - Associate Business Operations Specialist to engage in a role that directly supports their Global business and sales operations to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. You will research, analyze, and coordinate standard and non-standard global data quickly and with a business acumen mindset in support of transitioning all existing customers from our legacy system into our new systems. This role will assist in researching corporate legal entities globally, confirming there are no restricted party screening alerts on Salesforce accounts, and verify the Salesforce account is accurate. A team player that is eager to learn and adapts quickly to new processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the execution of business strategies and initiatives to ensure the organization is running effectively and efficiently to meet goals and objectives

  • Investigate options, recommend courses of action, and assist with the implementation of initiatives related to continuous improvement, streamlining operations, and service delivery readiness and capabilities

  • Implements standards and best practices to foster collaboration across all areas of the organization

  • Leverage internal knowledge of corporate tools/systems, processes/procedures, methodologies, and best practices to support the business

  • Build relationships with colleagues that characterize partnership, cooperation, and trust


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, or related field

  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the requirements above


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Results-oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage heavy and complex workload

  • Demonstrated ability to research and synthesize data from multiple sources

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Ability to multitask without sacrificing quality and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills


Qualifications:


  • Experience with terminology related to research in determining corporate legal entities globally

  • Prior experience with a CRM system (ex. Salesforce)
