Job Description:
As the leading workforce management solution for the skilled trades, our Client makes it easier for skilled laborers to find work, and for companies to find in-demand workers & vendors. Our Client currently operates in oil and gas and renewables industries. They are growing, and they would love to learn what you can add to their team!
Responsibilities:
Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client and vendor expectations and company goals.
Prepare, track and generate documents and reports.
Spearheading projects, as needed.
Help drive, support and expand our B2B Operations.
Invoice Management; first line of defense for S2P transactions.
Manage day to day transactions.
Analyzing data and information to identify business opportunities.
Enhance and support workflows and cross-departmental engagements.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor Degree.
Desired Background/Skills:
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent analytical skills.
Client and Vendor-centric and entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Operations.
Solid business acumen and ability to make recommendations and business decisions with supervisor.
Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent Google Workspace applications.
Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone.
Other Information:
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Regular, on-time attendance.
Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
