Staff Accountant

Job Description:

Our Client is an international medical device company that engineers, manufactures, and markets world-leading products for use in infection management in bone and soft tissue. Our Client is a world leader in the development of innovative calcium compounds for surgical use.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure that all inquiries are resolved satisfactorily, following up as necessary.

• Provide support and expertise to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives.

• Execute general journal entries to correct invoices, ensuring accurate financial records by transferring sales from one vertical market to another.

• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of customer data within the ERP system.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in finance or business administration.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Proficiency with computer applications, including AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.

• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Effectively work independently and on a team.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
