Responsibilities:


  • Manages Engagement and Education strategy and solutions for a book of business.

  • Acts as Engagement and Education subject matter expert.

  • Establishes and leads strategy discussions with clients for year-round engagement.

  • Leads internal pre-renewal Open Enrollment Strategy meetings.

  • Implements and executes communication plans by developing content, materials, and analysis.

  • Develops open enrollment timelines.

  • Corresponds regularly with clients and internal team to understand their culture/brand to create relevant recommendations and insights.

  • Builds ongoing engagement calendars designed to promote employee value proposition and enhance member wellbeing.

  • Comprehends healthcare analytics for the use of creating tailored population health management insights and recommendations.

  • Conducts or supports vendor selection and program evaluation as needed.

  • Supports Regional Engagement Manager in training and enablement efforts.

  • Supports sales, prospecting, and generates market visibility through speaking engagements, white papers, blog posts, and other external-facing opportunities.

  • Participates in National Engagement & Education team trainings and projects.

  • Receives excellent client feedback on the quality and value of their work.

  • Tracks strategic activities in D365.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in communications, journalism, marketing, health promotion, or other related field.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits, communications, marketing or other related field.

  • Experience with Canva, Brainshark, and Simplebooklet.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher).

  • Proven track record of excellent client feedback on the quality and value of their work.

  • Experience working with medical claims data to inform effective population health management solutions.

  • Life and Health Producers License or commitment to obtain within 90 days of hire.

  • Wellbeing and Health Promotion background preferred.
