Job Description:

Our client is hiring for an HR Assistant to provide support and assistance across the Americas HR Business Partner team by executing the administrative and operational functions and through monitoring and tracking key projects and initiatives. This is a hybrid role, 6 month contract and their office location is in Cary, NC 27513.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process employee data changes utilizing the ticketing systems or email, including entering headcount/seat requests, terminations, retirements, etc. as well as responding to any follow up questions or items.
Respond to data checks that are quested of HRBP by COE i.e, OTR verification for internal candidates.
Monitor the shared HRBP mailbox mostly used for questions from exiting employees.
Warm transfers to COEs or Inside company policy pages when employees or managers have questions.
Design, manage and update the Sharepoint site used by the US HRBP team.
Facilitate routine and ad hoc analytic and reporting requests.
Create templates /start decks for repeatable HR process materials (i.e OTR, Business Reviews).
Prepare standard and more complex letters and documents for employee transactions.
Manage an HR scorecard for critical initiatives, enabling and supporting regular business reviews with business and also a semi-annual or more frequent review with CHRO on the state of the business through the efforts of the HRBP organization.
Gather and compile information regarding scope, timeline, tasks, and dependencies and develop detailed project plans (e.g., using MS Project, Excel, or other project planning software).
Process administration for a variety of process that touch employees and managers.
Coordinate and collaborate with HR team members across multiple teams to plan, execute and keep on track projects of all sizes, often managing multiple projects at a time.
Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting outcomes and next steps. Ensure next steps are actioned, following up with key stakeholders, as needed and to ensure BP specific plans dovetail with COE macro plans.
Education Requirements:
One year of experience in an HR administrative role.
Associate degree, preferably in Secretarial Science, Administrative Office Technology, Business, or related field.
Desired Background/Skills:
Experience working with Workday.
Experience working with SharePoint.
Qualifications:
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
Proficiency working with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, e-mail, and database applications.
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to exercise independent judgment in actions regarding company matters including identifying, maintaining, and directing confidential issues.
Ability to handle multiple priorities quickly and accurately respond to constantly changing demands from many sources.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Leads training for new team members.
