Corporate Action Associate
Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure our systems have the most accurate and complete information pertaining to current Corporate Action events. This includes processing and review voluntary, mandatory, bankruptcy and class actions, events in the back-office system and user interface. This person will work closely with corporate issuers, solicitors, information agents and transfer agents to ensure timely receipt of corporate action event announcements, materials, and regulatory filings.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily tasks.
Guarantee the corporate action team is meeting all SLA performance.
Verify all procedures and processes meet regulatory requirements.
Assimilate and interpret corporate action offering materials to be consolidated into Mediant platforms.
Manage and direct multiple priorities within tight time constraints while maintaining composure under pressure.
Interact with clients to ensure seamless delivery and inquiries are handled effectively.
Function as part of a team to foster smooth efficient workflow.
Interact with stakeholders daily to assist with inquiries.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and Power Point.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience in Operations/Corporate Actions is a plus.
Other Information:
Office environment.
40 hours per week.
Overtime and weekends during seasonal workload fluctuations as needed.
