HR & Training Administrative Assistant


Job Description:

Our client is looking for an HR & Training Administrative Assistant to join their team!


Responsibilities:


  • Assist Training Department with LMS administration and follow up for course registration

  • Request quotes, order items and assist with set up and other items for employee events

  • Support the overall training and HR department in ordering catering for training courses and initiatives, both internally and with vendors and partners

  • Responsible for ordering of flowers and other employee items and mailing/shipping of employee-related letters, equipment and other items

  • Responsible for all filing in the Training and HR departments

  • Support HR and Training with employee events when needed


Education Requirements:


  • Minimum of Associates degree


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative/clerical role

  • Previous experience with administration or data entry in an LMS preferrred

  • Previous experience with event coordination a plus


Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
