Account Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced account sales manager. The account sales manager will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met. This position will require a strong understanding of the cabinet design process, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
Provide design consultations and recommendations to clients, based on their needs and desires.
Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to clients, including detailed design concepts, materials, and pricing.
Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, production, and installation, to ensure that client projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.
Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design and installation process, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns that arise.
Attend industry events and trade shows to stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Desired Background/Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cabinet design industry.
Strong understanding of cabinet design processes and materials, interior design, or willingness to learn.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as much as 1hr from our showroom as needed.
