Remote Customer Care Coordinator

Job Description:

Our partner, a national provider of diagnostic testing, has an immediate need for Remote Customer Care Coordinator. There are two shift openings available: M-F, 11:30am-8pm and M-F 9am- 5:30pm. Pay: $15 an hour


  • Answers customer support e-mails pertaining to screening services and other various contact reasons

  • Serves on the front lines of our contact team by answering customer service support calls from participants

  • Supports Partner clients as a Tier 1 escalation for all Data or Program issues

  • Troubleshoots various technical issues

  • Organizes and triages all Data issues support requests

  • Works with the Service Delivery and Client Success teams to complete other pertinent tasks and fully understand the client screening/flu programs

  • Other various projects as identified by the LES Customer Care Supervisor

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Associate?s or Bachelor's degree preferred

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Customer service experience

  • Bilingual language skills a plus, but not required


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

  • Above average knowledge of Excel and formulas

  • Knowledge of Zendesk (preferred, but not required)

  • Ability to move with a sense of urgency and respond to needs at a moment?s notice

  • Ability to adapt to new situations quickly and comprehend new tasks with little training

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Ability to collaborate with others and come together as a team

  • Reliable high speed internet and a designated/quiet workspace
