Job Description:
Our Global partner in the local area is seeking an IT Manager, who will be responsible for the leading and executing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Responsibilities:
Manage the IT onboarding process for new staff, ensuring seamless integration into the IT ecosystem
Manage the IT offboarding process for staff, including deprovisioning, data security measures and equipment retrieval
Provide employee training for software and hardware solutions
Provide end-user support for laptops and mobile devices
Education Requirements:
Perform routine security audits, confirm latest security measures are in-place and maintain security documentation
Generate routine reports on infrastructure-related metrics (network performance, security incidents, etc.), for management and stakeholders
Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational data and systems, including backup system for critical data
Management and administration of various SaaS solutions, including Microsoft 365 and VPN, ensuring optimal performance and security
Maintain detailed and up-to-date IT documentation, including assets tracker, system configurations, procedures, and user guides
Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants, and monitor and manage service contracts to ensure adherence to agreed-upon service levels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain new technologies and systems
